Return Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, I cannot accept any returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each piece is unique in pattern and colour so the item you view, is what will be delivered. Please note handmade jewellery does contain minor imperfections which adds to it's unique quality. These are not considered faults. If you would like more images of an item or want further information on colouring, please click the 'Contact Us' button on this page to send your enquiry.
If you receive a damaged product, please email me within 7 days of receiving the delivery so I can arrange a replacement. If a replacement cannot be provided, then a refund may be offered.
Conditions apply to returned items including purposeful damage or damage caused by mistreatment of the item. On return of the item an inspection will determine whether a replacement or refund can be offered. My wish is for you to enjoy your beautiful jewellery, so my sincere discretion is used here.
Care Guide
Wear all jewellery with care. Take off your pieces when you're bathing, sleeping and take care when active.
Store your jewellery carefully, making sure it does not rub against any other pieces. Tarnishing should not happen to gold plated and rhodium plated items but can happen to stainless steel, so a complimentary cleaning cloth is included in your order.
To prevent discolouration of the mediums within the pieces, avoid keeping these in direct sunlight for long periods. If you would like to have your jewellery on display be sure to regularly clean to prevent dust buildup.
To clean your jewellery, rinse under warm water using a gentle liquid soap such as castille soap. Use a cloth or soft bristle brush to help get any grime out of hard to reach crevices. Once clean, make sure you dry your piece quickly and well and finish with the polishing cloth provided with your order, to avoid any water marks.
Commitment
Each piece is fine and delicate and should be handled with care. Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.
Each piece is handmade and completely unique. Patterns vary in tone and intensity. These variations are part of their beauty and are not considered defects.
